Content is historical analysis, statistical summary, and visualisation — never a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, derivative, currency, commodity, or other instrument.

Accounts are authenticated via Clerk. You agree to provide accurate sign-up information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid plans (Basic, Premium) are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise EigenMap AI (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You agree not to: scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content; reverse engineer or circumvent access controls; resell, sublicense, or redistribute content; use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; interfere with operation or security; create automated accounts or share credentials.
All Service content is owned by EigenMap AI or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
The Service depends on third parties including Stripe, Clerk, Cloudflare, and various data sources. Their availability, accuracy, and terms are governed by their own agreements. EigenMap AI is not responsible for third-party failures, outages, or inaccuracies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. EigenMap AI disclaims all such warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EigenMap AI — including its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, owners, directors, employees, agents, and licensors — shall not be liable for any (a) direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, investment opportunity, goodwill, or use; (c) damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service; or (d) damages arising out of any decision you make based on Service content — even if advised of the possibility. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) amounts you paid in the prior 12 months or (ii) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the above applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EigenMap AI and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, owners, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or non-payment. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and signing out. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction override the foregoing, those rules will apply to the extent they cannot be waived.
